  From the second I walked in the clinic I was treated like a second class citizen because I was referred by the VA. My nurse took my vitals then went to the nurse's station and talked about me. Yes, I could hear them talking about me from my exam room. I was told I was only authorized 2 visits and that no vets had ever returned. It took me making 5 or 6 phone calls to get my MRI order to the VA, they wouldn't follow through. Now I'm trying to get them to send in a Secondary Authorization Request form so I can get treatment... They REFUSED to even send in the form to the VA because they've been declined in the past. If someone had told me that weeks ago I would have switched clinics then instead of beating my head against a wall trying to find out what the holdup was. It is THEM!!! NOT THE VA. Now I have to get a new referral to a new clinic and start over. I've filed a complaint with the Veteran's Choice program. Maybe they'll stop sending people there wasting everyone's time.

  Years ago APG took care of a neck and back issue for me that was lingering from a minor car accident a couple of years before that. I haven’t had any problems since. I also personally know of several other people that APG has helped and have been pain-free for many years. Having seen the possible side-effects of surgery, I know that if one can avoid surgery, it is usually for the best. I’ve told many people considering joint-replacement surgery they haven’t received a true second opinion until they’ve talked to APG. With their documented incredibly high success rates, plus national and international accolades, we are incredibly lucky to have a gem of a company like APG in our area.
