- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service experience in this store. Won't be back ever. Apparently even if you personal Veternarian gives you a prescription of cat food, they will not sell it to you unless you allow their inhouse Banfield, to approve it and then give you an approval card. It is insulting to other veterinarians. I was told it was the law. That is untrue. It is corporate policy. Stay away.September 24, 2017by Steve McCurdy
